Contract Logistics
Rhenus Contract Logistics operates seven Regional Distribution Centres (offices and warehouses), located in the capitals of the main business regions in Poland. They enable extensive market penetration: in Gdynia (northern Poland), Poznań (the Wielkopolska region) and (north-western Poland), Wrocław (Lower Silesia), Olkusz (Upper Silesia and south-eastern Poland), and in Teresin near Sochaczew and Błonie (central and eastern Poland).
The total warehouse space held by Rhenus Contract Logistics in Poland amounts to approximately 100,000 m². Warehouses are fully equipped with the necessary equipment, including forklift trucks, trolleys, shelving, loading ramps, maneuvering areas, and in the case of the warehouses in Wrocław and Teresin full-size railway sidings. Control of warehouse levels is provided by an efficient electronic system processing data from about 60 terminals in a network. Total office space, superbly equipped, amounts to approximately 1,500 m². All of the warehouses are heated, protected against the elements, have 24-hour security and are insured.
Freight Logistics
Rhenus Freight Logistics Sp. z o.o. is a forwarding company specializing in domestic and international groupage shipments (products: Rhenus PL24 and Rhenus EU48). The company’s offer is enriched of full truck loads and part truck loads (FTL/LTL), as well as logistic and warehouse services.
We operate within European net of groupage forwarding of Rhenus Company (Euro Network). We administrate of four terminals situated in most developed industrial areas in Poland (Mazowsze, Wielkopolska, Śląsk, Dolny Śląsk). We provide forwarding services based on ComerTrans Sp. z o.o. trucks (forwarding company in Rhenus Group) as well as in cooperation with other subcontractors.
